We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or meet any products troubles, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

2. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We are confident in the durability and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all products. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

2. Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

We value our customers and want to offer you even more peace of mind. By just registering on our website, you can enjoy an additional 6 months of warranty coverage, extending your total warranty period to 18 months.

In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period under normal usage as outlined in the instruction manual, please contact our customer service center. Even within the warranty period, repairs may be charged under the following conditions:

• Malfunctions or damages caused by misuse, improper repairs, or modifications.
• Malfunctions or damages resulting from drops or transportation after purchase.
• Malfunctions or damages due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters, as well as pollution or use with unauthorized power sources (voltage, frequency).
• Not bought from iKoffy and its authorized retailers & partners.
• Lack of purchase receipt, purchase order number or other proof of date of original purchase.
• Malfunctions or damages when used for purposes other than general household use (e.g., commercial use).
• Scratches, dirt, or discoloration caused by use.
• The battery, vacuum double-layer cup, lid, and lid gasket are not covered under warranty.
