  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

*Note: If the return is due to a warranty issue as promised, iKoffy will cover the shipping cost. If the return is due to user preferences or product damage, the user will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We are confident in the durability and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all products. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage Excludes

In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period under normal usage as outlined in the instruction manual, please contact our customer service center. Even within the warranty period, repairs may be charged under the following conditions:

  • Malfunctions or damages caused by misuse, improper repairs, or modifications.
  • Malfunctions or damages resulting from drops or transportation after purchase.
  • Malfunctions or damages due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters, as well as pollution or use with unauthorized power sources (voltage, frequency).
  • Not bought from iKoffy and its authorized retailers & partners.
  • Lack of purchase receipt, purchase order number or other proof of date of original purchase.
  • Malfunctions or damages when used for purposes other than general household use (e.g., commercial use).
  • Scratches, dirt, or discoloration caused by use.
  • The battery, vacuum double-layer cup, lid, and lid gasket are not covered under warranty.
