Why can’t my image transfer to the printer?
Please check the following:
✅ Make sure Bluetooth is connected in the app
✅ Keep the bottom cover of the printer open during image transfer
✅ Ensure the roller wheels are touching a surface (table, paper, cup, etc.)
The printer must detect surface contact to receive and start processing the image.
What is the shelf life of the ink cartridge?
