For the original purchaser and covered order. You can request one Ink Pod replacement for any reason within 12 months of your original purchase; your covered Ink Pod must be returned and verified first.
For US orders, iKoffy pays for return and replacement shipping. Elsewhere, support confirms availability, instructions and costs before you return the Ink Pod.
The replacement uses your service benefit and does not restart its coverage. You can purchase a new Ink Care service after using it. Ink Care is separate from the product warranty.
Keeping your ink fresh
Use sealed Ink Pods within 12 months of manufacture. Once opened, use within 6 months for the best color results. Follow your Ink Pod’s label and supplied cleaning and storage guidance.
